Information we collect
When you use the enquiry form, your device opens your email application with the information you entered. The website does not store that form data. If you send the enquiry, we may receive your name, work email address, company, service interest and the message you choose to provide. We may also receive the information you send us by email or share during a call.
Why we use it and our legal basis
We use enquiry and business-contact information to respond to you, assess whether our services are a good fit, arrange conversations, prepare a proposal where requested and manage a client relationship. We rely on our legitimate interests in operating and growing a B2B consultancy, and, where relevant, taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. We do not use enquiry information for unsolicited marketing.
Who receives your information
Access is limited to people supporting Samaruh’s operations who need it for the purposes above. We use service providers for business email and website hosting, including Google Workspace and Cloudflare. Those providers process information on our behalf under their applicable terms and data-protection commitments. Where a provider transfers personal data outside the UK, we use an appropriate recognised safeguard, such as an adequacy regulation or approved contractual clauses, where required.
How long we keep it
We normally retain an enquiry for up to 18 months after our last meaningful contact. We may keep information for longer where it becomes part of a client relationship, where it is needed to establish, exercise or defend legal claims, or where a legal obligation requires it.
Your rights
Subject to the circumstances, you can ask for access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data. You can also ask us to restrict or object to our processing, or request data portability. To exercise a right, email privacy@samaruh.com. You can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk if you are unhappy with how we handle your information.
Cookies and similar technology
Samaruh does not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies or tracking pixels. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary technical cookies or process limited technical information to secure and deliver the site. These are used for security, network management and site delivery rather than advertising or visitor profiling. As no non-essential cookies are currently used, the site does not present a cookie-consent banner.

We may update this notice when our services or legal obligations change. The current version will always be available at this address, with its effective date shown at the top.
